Founded in Dubai in 2016, Inspace Interiors designs and builds interiors across the Emirates, from Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices and our own joinery workshop in Ajman.
Our story
Established in 2016, Inspace Interiors has grown into a trusted interior design and fit-out company, delivering well-planned and professionally executed interiors across a wide range of sectors. We have completed commercial and residential projects for international brands, regional retailers, restaurant groups, clinics, corporate offices and private homeowners.
We provide complete design-and-build solutions, managing projects from concept through design development, technical coordination, construction and handover. Our in-house team of designers, engineers, project managers and craftsmen lets clients work with one experienced team for the whole project.
In 2018 we opened our own joinery facility in Ajman to control the quality and timing of the custom furniture, counters, display units and panelling our projects depend on. In 2025 we opened our Abu Dhabi branch on Al Maryah Island to serve clients in the capital and Al Ain more closely.

Health, safety and environment
ISO 45001:2018 certified. Our objective is zero accidents, zero injuries and a safe working environment on every project, and we have recorded more than 90,000 safe working hours.
We carry out all fit-out, construction and MEP activities in a way that protects our employees, subcontractors, clients and the public, while minimising environmental impact. We commit to:
- Comply with all UAE health, safety and environmental regulations, including municipality and Civil Defence requirements
- Identify hazards and put risk assessments and controls in place before any activity starts
- Give every employee proper safety training, site induction and awareness
- Provide and enforce appropriate personal protective equipment on every site
- Minimise environmental impact through waste management, resource conservation and pollution prevention
- Improve continuously through regular inspections, audits and management reviews

ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Our quality management system covers every stage: material approvals, inspection and test plans, inspection before cover-up, snag management and documented handover. It is the same system that has earned us approved-vendor status with Aldar, Emaar, DAMAC, Mubadala, UAE University and Tarweed.
