Renovating a home in the UAE
A home renovation here means community rules, master-developer and municipality approvals, MEP that may be decades old, and a family that still needs somewhere to live. Inspace manages the whole process, from design and NOCs to construction and handover, with one project manager as your single contact.
We bring the project control we use for developers such as Aldar, Emaar and DAMAC to private homes: a fixed scope, an itemised quotation, a programme and weekly progress updates. Bespoke wardrobes, kitchens, panelling and furniture are made in our own Ajman workshop.

Why clients choose Inspace
One contract, one accountable team
Design, approvals, civil, MEP, joinery and finishes are delivered under a single contract, with one project manager as your point of contact.
Approved by demanding developers
Our vendor approvals with Aldar, Emaar, DAMAC, Mubadala, UAE University and Tarweed mean our documentation, safety and quality systems have already been tested.
Our own joinery workshop
Counters, display units, panelling and furniture are made in our Ajman facility, so we control quality and lead times instead of waiting on a third party.
Certified systems
We work to ISO 9001:2015 quality management and ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety standards on every site.
Approvals handled for you
We prepare and submit drawings to the municipality, free zone, Civil Defence, utilities and landlord, and follow them through to the completion certificate.
Transparent pricing
Itemised BOQ quotations with clear inclusions and exclusions, so the final account matches the price you approved.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a villa renovation cost in Dubai?
It depends on villa size, scope and finishes. A cosmetic refresh costs far less than a full remodel with new MEP. After a free home visit we provide an itemised quotation so you can prioritise.
How long does a villa renovation take?
A kitchen or bathroom typically takes three to six weeks. A full villa renovation takes three to six months, depending on scope and approvals.
Do I need to move out?
For kitchens, bathrooms or single floors many families stay in. For full renovations we recommend moving out, for safety and speed. We can phase works to suit you.
Do you handle the NOC from the developer?
Yes. We prepare drawings and applications for the master developer or community, the municipality and utilities where required.
Do you offer staged payments?
Yes. Payments are linked to clear project milestones set out in the contract.
