Since 2018 our joinery facility in Al Jurf Industrial Area 1, Ajman has produced the reception desks, display units, counters, panelling and furniture for our projects. We control material quality, finish and lead time, and pieces arrive on site complete.

Inspace is registered as an approved vendor with Aldar, Emaar, DAMAC, Mubadala, UAE University and Tarweed. Vendor registration involves review of licences, insurances, HSE and quality systems.

Yes. Inspace offers design-and-build, design-only and build-only services. Most clients choose design and build, because one contract shortens the programme and gives one point of responsibility for cost, quality and approvals.

Yes. We fit out classrooms, labs, libraries, nurseries and campus facilities, and plan works around the school calendar. Inspace is an approved vendor to UAE University.
Yes. We prepare and submit drawings to the municipality or free zone, Civil Defence, utilities and landlord, and manage inspections through to the completion certificate.
After a site visit and receipt of the floor plan or design, we normally issue an itemised BOQ quotation within five to ten working days, depending on project size.
