From that brief we re-plan layouts, design kitchens, bathrooms, majlis and bedrooms, and detail the bespoke joinery that makes a house feel finished.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need approval to renovate my villa?
Most structural, façade, MEP and extension works need municipality or master-developer approval, and community NOCs are often required. We confirm what applies to your property and manage the applications.
Can you design one room only?
Yes. Many clients start with a kitchen, majlis or master suite. A whole-home concept gives the most consistent result, and we can then build it in phases to suit your budget.
Do you supply furniture as well?
Yes. We design and make bespoke pieces in our workshop and source loose furniture, lighting and soft furnishings from local and international suppliers.
