How much does an office fit-out cost in Dubai?
It depends on the condition of the space, specification and furniture. A Cat B fit-out within a Cat A space costs much less than a shell-and-core build. We provide an itemised quotation after a free site visit.
How long does an office fit-out take?
A 300 to 500 sq m Cat B office typically takes 8 to 12 weeks from approved design to handover, including approvals.
Can you move us in over a weekend?
Yes. We coordinate final installation, IT, furniture and the move so your team can start on Monday.
Do you design for hybrid working?
Yes. We plan collaboration, focus and video-conference spaces based on your actual occupancy and working patterns.
